Great Lakes Sailing is a Chicago sailing school based at Montrose Harbor. We provide hands-on sailing instruction for beginners through developing sailors, with a focus on excellent instruction, seamanship, safety, confidence, and an exceptional experience on the water.

We're building a team of sailors, instructors, captains, coaches, and emerging maritime professionals who love being on the water—and enjoy helping other people discover it.
