Our goal is to foster confidence, leadership, and lifelong skills while creating a supportive community. Meet The Owner

Erica Trejo is a proud Latina from Chicago, who has dedicated over 15 years to sailing instruction as a USCG captain and US Sailing Instructor. Throughout her sailboat racing journey across the country, she noticed a significant lack of women in the sport. Passionate about inclusivity, Erica aims to break down the barriers that hinder newcomers from embracing sailing. Join her in making sailing a welcoming place for everyone!
