About the Event
Welcome to the Sail Her Dreams Open House! This special event is dedicated to breaking barriers, fostering mentorship, and introducing women and girls to the empowering world of sailing through our Sail Her Dreams STEM Academy.
You don't need any prior boating experience, special gear, or maritime knowledge. This open house is a welcoming, zero-pressure introduction to the sport, how we apply it to STEM, and conservatorship education for interested young women and girls.
This is an opportunity to connect with the women who make it all happen, including our female mentors that are leading scientific and conservation efforts, and the rest of our dedicated team.
We provide young girls with the opportunity to combine hands-on sailing experiences with STEM education, fostering skills in science, technology, engineering, and math while building confidence and teamwork on the water.
