Discover the thrill of competitive sailing with our Racing Techniques course at Great Lakes Sailing. Better than a volleyball league, you will be fully immersed on a sailboat, working together as a team. This course is designed to jumpstart your sailing game, from understanding race strategy to mastering techniques like sail trim and crew coordination. Sign up today and start your journey towards becoming a confident and skilled sailor. Racing recurs every Wednesday Night and goes from 5pm-8:30pm (sometimes a little later). 2025 Racing calendar has not yet been posted! Please come back in the spring. Racing Series A: May - June ( Dates TBA) Racing Series B: July -August ( Dates TBA) Racing Series C: August - September (Dates TBA) To join the Great Lakes Sailing Team is $300 per series. $300 includes monthly sailing, drinks & snacks during our session, and a complimentary drink and appetizer at the Yacht Club after our evening of racing. Please be on time to the dock.
